Definition

In this System of Knowledge, Processes are intended as organized sets / networks of Events, of actions, variations, mutations. Processes, together with Principles, are the answer to the question "why and how (Principles and Processes- dyna) what exists (Entities) produces what happens in the way it happens (Events and Relations)?. They are the back bone of the Evolutionary Dynamics. They describe why and how things happens in the Reality, from the most elementary levels to the more complex ones, how Reality (or part of it) manifests itself, how is incessantly (re)-created and evolves. Every things that exists in "made" of / by Processes of Events produced by Entities and organized by Relations. So, we find Processes in different forms in the various domains of Reality (physical, cognitive and metacognitive), in relation with all the Dimensions of Reality (Causality and Variationality: Spatiality and Temporality) and at the various levels of complexity of Reality.Processes that describe the Process of Formation of Reality, the manifestation of the fundamental operator and the ways of expression of derived operators.

Common definition

In general, a process is a network of related changes, activities or actions. Depending on the context, the term process can take on different meanings and nuances. (Link to Wikipedia page: Process).

Description

We can identify:

  • Anabolic processes: processes in which prevails the organizativeaction, of creation of new more complex Information and aggregation of component parts in a set, constructive processes
  • catabolic processes: processes in which prevails the transformativeaction, of disgregation of the complexity and reduction of a set in the component parts, destroying processes
  • mixed processes: in Nature, pure, isolated, anabolic or catabolic processes are rare. More often we'll find mixed processes (e.g. the cellular processes, that incessantly assemble more complex compounds, as the proteins beginning from amminoacids, and, contemporarily, they disgregate after that the same ones have finished their function, giving new available bricks for the proteosynthesis).
