Definition

Relative vacuum or Void: presence of Dark structures only, weak correlations in the distributions of the fluctuations of the Elementary Field, in all the Modes of Elementary Action, local large to medium scale anisotropies, more complex forms of Existence, lack of Ordinary matter, only presence of Dark matter or Dark energy, and/or Ordinary energy. Visible structures not present. The inhomogeneous, perturbed, quantum Vacuum.
