The Cycle of Information is one of the central concepts of this model, the core of the sub-process of Evolution. We can define it as the process of construction causal and variational of Complexity. Action in input and increasingly complex Information in output, or, in other words, Events in input and "Relations between Events" (Processes) in output, the evolutionary engine that produces the increasingly complex Processes (Sources that produce Events, organized by Relations) that make up Reality.

It is the heart of the sub-process of Evolution. All that exists, Structures of Information, Forms, Systems, the entire Universe, exists and evolves within and through the Cycle of Information, where the "constructive, aggregative, anti-entropic/negentropic" and the "destructive, disintegrating, entropic" Processes interact incessantly in the Formation (Creation of Existence and Evolution of the Essence / Form) of Reality.

The Cycle of Information, as the evolutionary engine of Reality, is acted upon by the following Operators:

The Cycle of Information

An endless incessant process that organizes, transforms, selects Processes, creates new more complex Relations (Information) through Events (Action), new and more complex InfoStructures, Forms, the whole Universe in Evolution. Waves and Vortices (Ordinary Matter Particles, Dark Matter Halos, Radiation) are Structures of Information, Forms in the "without form", the unstructured Elementary Field.

Organization is the functional Operator, the derived Agent of Reality, which within the Process of Formation of Reality, and precisely in the Cycle of Information, creates the constructive / formative / structuring processes that produce new Information, Information of greater complexity starting from less complex Information. Processes that produce new and more complex Relations between Events, Information from Action. It is the operator that constructs Form, feeds the levels of greater complexity, produces Information, Structures and Forms of greater complexity that push forward the evolutionary Processes, new raw material for the Transformation Operator.

Transformation is the functional Operator that creates the destructive / transformative / destructuring processes that produce Information of lesser complexity starting from more complex Information. Processes that produce new and more complex Relations between Events, Information from Action. It is the destroyer operator of Form, feeder of the levels of lesser complexity, producer of Information, Structures and Forms of lesser complexity that feed the evolutionary Processes, new raw material for the Organization Operator.

Selection is the functional Operator that confers causal and variational permanence (spatial and temporal) to the Form, to Information, to the Structures of Information, to the Forms, to the entire Evolving Universe. Selection confers permanence through the interaction of a Form with the environment, the set of other existing Forms, ideally with the entire Universe. Selection that confers permanence through the interaction of the Information "in formation" with the existing one. If the Selection Operator did not exist, nothing would exist, or everything would exist, every possible configuration that chance and evolutionary processes could produce. Reality would be pure chaos, without form, without permanence, an infinitely chaotic Field.

Chaos and uncertainty are not aberrations of Reality that make it difficult for us to satisfy the equations of dynamics, that distance us from the comfortable determinism that allows us to predict the results of experiments with infinite precision. Determinism that our ordinary experience in the material world that surrounds us makes familiar to us. Uncertainty is the essence of the foundation of every aspect of Reality, both at the physical level and, more generally, at the cognitive level.

Indeterminacy and determinacy, uncertainty and certainty, chaos and order, are both aspects that coexist in Reality, essential elements of the Formation, Creation and Evolution of the Universe. It is in the delicate balance of these opposites that Reality incessantly develops, chaos that organizes itself towards order, order that destructures itself towards chaos, to feed new organization. Each Process that makes up Reality contains an indeterminate part and a determinate part, new Information in formation, alongside Information that has already reached a condition of causal and variational permanence. Every natural process can, and must, be described by means of partially stochastic (probabilistic) and partially deterministic processes, to take into account these two essential components.

It is in the indeterminacy that the incessant Creation emerges from the expression of the Primary Source, from the inner interaction between its two complementary aspects, the Fundamental Force acting on the Elementary Field, the incessant production of the Elementary Events, their first manifestation in the Elementary Action and its Components, Perturbation, Translation and Rotation. It is the Primary Source, the Source of Reality, from which everything is created and everything evolves, from elementary to complex, from level to level, from complexity to complexity, from unity to the infinite magnificent complexity of the Universe in Evolution.

The Principle of Uncertainty, the first of the three fundamental principles of Evolutionary Dynamics, expands and governs all the Levels of Reality, from the most elementary to the most complex, even if it is precisely at the most elementary levels, from the quantum chaos around the Planck scale, teeming of Elementary Events, that this principle dominates the creative processes that produce the raw material for Evolution, the Elementary Action and its Components, from whose organization comes the Information and all the Structures and Forms that make up the world in which we live.

What is related to this principle in quantum physics is not a nuisance within a deterministic scheme. Reality is not deterministic, but neither is it indeterminate, uncertain, just as it is not finalistic. These are different aspects of the same Reality, which coexist and co-evolve in an emerging causal and variational complexity, different and overlapping phases of an endless Evolution that embraces every manifestation, every ontological, phenomenological and dynamical aspect of Reality. Determinism emerges from an elementary causal form that we call "uncertainty", central to quantum physics with its own probabilistic formalism, and evolves toward "finality", as Physical Reality evolves toward Cognitive Reality, the more and more complex expression of the living beings, seeking meaning and sense.
