Definition

It is the specification at the most elementary level of Physical Reality of the more general Principle of Conservation (mutations described by the Principle of Variation, that always tend to propagate as described by the Principle of Propagation, the incessant variations of the states of the Entities, the Events, always tend to tend to conserve).

The Principle of Least Action describes the formation of rotational reactions (Rotation), due to the interactions between translational actions, aimed at preserving the inhomogeneities, or anisotropies, in the distribution of elementary fluctuations.
