Processes in which prevails transformative Action, disgregation / destruction of complexity, of complex Information, and reduction of a set in the component parts, destroying processes. creation of new more

Catabolism is the set of metabolic pathways that breaks down complex Information (and Structures of Information, Forms) to less complex Information (and Structures of Information, Forms), that can be re-used in other anabolic processes. These processes require action, events, expression of forces on fields, work. Catabolism is the breaking-down aspect of formation, whereas catabolism is the building-up aspect.

This kind of processes cooperate in the formation/coevolution of Reality, producing less complex Information / Energy, Structures of Information, Forms.
