In common and scientific language, Interaction means "action that occurs between two or more entities".

Within the System of Knowledge outlined in this paper, the term Interaction has a much broader meaning:

  • Operator of the Process of Formation of Reality, derived expression of the fundamental operator Relation, driver of the subprocess of Evolution,
  • at all the levels of Reality: shared Action, Relations between Events, correlation, etc.

At the level of the Structures of Information, the concept of Interaction is quite close to that used in standard physics both in GR and SR, and in QM and QFT in the Standard Model of Particles. Interaction is any action of one structure on another structure, any correlation between structures. But not only that... Given the nature and dynamics of the InfoStructures hypothesized here, Interaction is also every Action of a "part" of a structure on another "part" of the structure, or on part of another structure. And again, every Action expressed by the Fundamental Force in a point of the Elementary Field which is supporting an InfoStructure.

And moreover, and in particular relation to the topic of this section, by Interaction we mean a type, a class of InfoStructures, the class that brings together all the "non-pure" types of Infostructures, therefore not Waves and not Vortices, but the InfoStructures resulting from the interaction of multiple Waves, multiple Vortices, Waves and Vortices, etc. The Structures which, even if unstable and very short-lived, can be identified, where the organization (of the Elementary Events) which they express acquires a character of individuation, Structures that appear as entities capable of interacting in turn, of expressing Interaction, which can in distinguishes itself in some way from the shapeless turbulence (virtual particles) that characterizes the dynamics of the Elementary Field at the level of Structures, these Structures can be classified as Interactions.

In this class we find what we will call Mixed Structures, made up of "complex vortices / halos / particles and their interactions". Here, in the dark sector, we find the "real", effective, halos that, in the turbulence of the Elementary Field at cosmic scales, represent identified and identifiable Structures (dark part of the bubbles that represent galaxies, voids, filaments and clusters or superclusters ), the building blocks of the Cosmic Web. In the visible sector, we find all the "non-elementary" particles, all the particles that we can call "composite", or "complex", the "Mixed structures" (most of the particles that exist in nature or have been produced in colliders (hadrons: baryons, like protons and neutrons, and mesons, bosons: weak and strong nuclear bosons like gluons and W / Z particles).

Physical Interactions

Direct expression of the Operator Relation in Physical Reality at the level of the Physical Structures of Information, at all the levels of Physical Complexity, the Operator Physical Interaction puts in relation the Physical Structures of Propagation (Waves), the Physical Structures of Conservation (Vortices) and the related Physical Events that characterize the Dynamics and the Evolution of the Physical Structures of Information, creating Mixed Physical Structures and more complex events.

In Physical Reality, it is the level at which the complex Derived Physical Forces manifest themselves. Foundation of any manifestation.

Operator Interaction

Direct expression of the Operator Relation at the level of the Structures of Information, at all the levels of Complexity, the Operator Interactionputs in relation the Structures of Propagation, the Structures of Conservation and the related Events that characterize the Dynamics and the Evolution of the Structures of Information, creating Mixed Structures and more complex events.

The Operator Interaction operates at the level of the Physical Structures of Information, which includes, at various levels of complexity, the elementary Structures (we define them as elementary as they appear unitary and non-divisible, even if they are infinitely large and complex with respect to the level of Elementary Events, which represents the causal and variational substrate; they represent the elementary bricks that build the Material Forms, Particles and Waves).

More in general, with respect to the whole Reality, the Physical and the Cognitive Reality, and so on, in a growing Complexity, Interaction puts in Relation more and more complex Structures, such as the cosmic Structures that populate the Universe, or the Immaterial Forms and the Cognitive Forms (for example, the ecological, social, political, economic structures, which represent some of the aspects of the organization of human groups), to name but a few.
