Physical Phenomena are the answer to the questions "what happens?" and "how happens?" in the physical domain of Reality.
They are Physical Events organized by Physical Relations.
They are what has the property that we call Physical Essence / Form added to the fundamental property of Physical Entities (that produce Physical Events), that we call Physical Existence. To exist means to be real, to be in, to take part of Physical Reality. Physical Events and Physical Relations together are everything that has Physical Essence / Form as a fundamental Physical Property. We can say that Physical Phenomena happen (so Physical Events and Physical Relations exist) because they are produced by Physical Entities. They represent Physical Action, changes in/of the Physical Sources, the Physical Agents / Forces and Physical Acted / Fields interacting couples.
By Physical Phenomenon we intend every Physical Event, every change / fluctuation of the state of a Physical Entity.
Result of Physical Action of a Physical Agent / Force acting on a Physical Acted / Field.
More in general, we can identify as Physical Phenomena all the organized sets/nets of Physical Events (Physical Processes) that causally and variationally connect Physical Entities, with Physical Relations that determine the Physical Properties of the Physical Structures of Information and the Forms that compose the Reality.
Any Physical Process of Physical Events (elementary and complex) connected/organized by Physical Relations, domain of Physical Information in Physical Evolution.
