La Metafisica Evoluzionistica è la disciplina che, nell'ambito della Conoscenza Evoluzionistica studia il Processo di Formazione della Metarealtà, il prodotto dei processi cognitivi, le rappresentazioni che gli organismi viventi (o meglio , gli "Agenti Finalistici"), dai più semplici ai più complessi, sviluppano nell'ambito dei processi evolutivi che caratterizzano la vita.

Metaphysics is that part of philosophy which, going beyond the contingent elements of the sensible experience, deals with the aspects considered to be the most authentic and fundamental of reality, according to the widest and most universal perspective possible. It aims at the study of the entities "as such" in their entirety, unlike the particular sciences which, generally, deal with their individual empirical determinations, according to specific points of view and methodologies. In an attempt to overcome the unstable, changeable, and accidental elements of phenomena, metaphysics focuses its attention on what it considers eternal, stable, necessary, absolute, to try to grasp the fundamental structures of being. In this perspective, the relationships between metaphysics and ontology are very close, so much so that since ancient times it has been customary to enclose the sense of metaphysics in the incessant search for an answer to the fundamental metaphysical question "why being rather than nothing? » Problems such as the question of the existence of God, of the immortality of the soul, of being" in itself ", of the origin and meaning of the cosmos belong to the sphere of traditional metaphysical research. as well as the question of the possible relationship between the transcendence of Being and the immanence of material entities (ontological difference).
