Waves are Structures of Propagation, dynamical structures. Motion is their main feature. Translation is the main component of Action that constitute this class of Structures.

The object of the propagation is the Information that organizes the Action in the Field as a wave, the scheme of relations between the micro-states that participate to the existence of the Structure. Waves mainly express the Action that participate to their existence as carriers of Information.

Waves are the essence of radiation, intended in a narrow sense (e. m. waves, in the ordinary side of Reality, and gravitational waves, in the dark side of Reality), excluding the phenomenon of emission of massive particles (leptons/hadrons). In facts, the term “radiation” is commonly used also for all the phenomena of emission of massive particles, that represent a different class of phenomena, connected to the dynamics, to the motion of ordinary matter particles (Vortices and Interactions).

In Evolutionary Physics, radiation comprehend two kind of phenomena:

  • electromagnetic radiation: this subclass of wave structures does not propagate mass, but only charge and spin. The fundamental undulatory representation of the “photon” is a wave structure that can be also seen like a particle (but not a vortex) in relation to its space time localization, shape (only one period of oscillation, resulting from a movement of a vortex structure in the space time field, with an initial acceleration and a final deceleration) and quantized energy amount (related to the quantity of Action that constitutes the Structure, in the terms of the correlation of the microstates that participate of its existence). These structures have no mass (only motion, charge and spin), so they propagate in the Field at the maximum permitted velocity (c), the velocity of the propagation of the elementary perturbations of the Field. As stated above, this velocity is point to point function of the space distribution of mass density, the distribution of the elementary perturbations themselves. So, Translation propagates itself and Rotation in the Field, following the Principle of Minimum Action, eventually interacting with the Translation structured in the Field (produced by the other Structures present in the Field, manifesting as gravitational field).
  • gravitational waves: they propagate mass, and, as stated by the Equivalence Principle, space time curvature, gradient in the Elementary Field temperature, difference in speed of light / velocity of propagation of Information in the Field, or, at the end, difference in the distribution of the elementary fluctuations of the Field (intensity of the Elementary Action). It is reasonable to think that waves cannot propagate charge and/or spin. So, Translation propagates itself, Perturbation and Rotation in the Field, following the Principle of Minimum Action, eventually interacting with Translation and Perturbation and Rotation structured in the Field (produced by the other Structures present in the Field, manifesting as gravitational, electric and magnetic fields).
