Talk:TFNR - 2.6 Action and Information. Flux and state.
From Evolutionary Knowledge Base
We cannot observe, or measure, the states of an entity, the couples force / field. We can only observe the events, the action, the variations of the fields. Every observation, or measure, is an event, a variation of the state of one or more entities. Pushing this vision to its extreme, we can say that states doesn’t really exist. They are snapshot along the evolution of an entity or a system of (derived) entities. Only events exist, as variations, only events can be observed and measured. From the comparison among different events we infer the state of the observed system.
