The Universe is the present section of Reality, the current time content of the Universe, “the present” in the sense given by the theory of General Relativity. It is the whole, everything that exists, the sum of all the existing material and immaterial Forms. It is the result of the Action of all the Agents on the Acted, the product of the incessant Process of Formation of Reality. It is infinite and unlimited, in causal, spatial and temporal sense. The Universe is commonly defined as all the time and the space and its contents. In Evolutionary Physics, with reference to space-time, we define the Universe as the organized space-time field, the Elementary Field structured by Information. Space-time can’t have contents. The Field is the container and the contained, at the same time. There is nothing else than the space-time itself, that can be contained. All the Structures, the Forms that compose energy and matter, everything that exist is nothing but Information, Action that takes form, organized perturbations of the space-time itself, Elementary Events organized in more and more complex events.
