Now we are ready to examine the third form / level of inhomogeneity. It is represented by the inhomogeneities of the spatial correlations of the temporal distributions of the spatial fluctuations of the Elementary Field that resonate around the Planck scale. These are what we have called "correlations of the distributions of Elementary Events" -> Information, Structured Energy, Forms of Derived Physical Energy "of" the Field and of the InfoStructures "in" the Field.

As the term suggests, these forms of Energy exist in relation to the dynamics of the Field, to its evolution, to the emergence within it of particular forms of organization that we call Structures of Information, which correspond precisely to the objects that make up Dark and Ordinary (invisible and visible) Matter and Energy.

Let us try to go into greater detail, examining the points of view of a single event point or of contiguous sets of points that represent an organized portion of the Field. We can observe these inhomogeneities from two perspectives:

  • from the point of view of the points events "of" the Field (the point of view of the Elementary Field)
  • from the point of view of the Structures of Information "in" the Field (Dark Matter / Energy Halos, Ordinary Matter Particles, Waves, etc.)

The first perspective correspond to what we commonly call Potential Energy (curvature of Spacetime or gravitational potential Energy, acceleration or kinetic potential Energy, electric potential Energy, magnetic potential Energy).

The second correspond to the Effective Energy (Mass, Kinetic (inertial) Energy, Electric Charge, Magnetic Spin) of the Structures of Information, Halos, Particles, Waves, etc.

These forms of structured Energy arise from the correlations of the Components of Elemental Action, and their interactions / combinations, both in their potential and effective counterparts.

We will return to these concepts in the next chapter, dedicated to InfoStructures ("Physical quantities and phenomena in the structured Field" and "Energy and Matter in the structured Field"), when we will talk about the physical quantities that characterize them, Mass, Motion, Charge, Spin and other more complex quantities linked to the peculiar organization of nuclear and atomic aggregations.
