Thanks to the joint action of the operators Organizations and Transformations, at all the levels of complexity incessantly form potentially new more complex aggregates of events/Information. Through the continuous establishment of relations between processes of events/Information in formation, by the point of view of the dimension s connected to the already existing events, through the action of the operator "selection" constructive and destructive interactions produce the stay of the compatible and appropriate Information. The processes of events/Information that interact destructively decompose at a lower organization level, ceasing to exist or losing the possibility to exist. The processes, that interacting constructively see an increase of the probability of acquire causal permanence, go from the condition of potentiality to the condition of effective existence, from being in formation to be formed. The three operators of the metabolic cycle of Information realize in this way the processes of adaptation that permit to the PFR the exploration of the "possible adjacent", and that is of the territories of the non-existent, more close to the b order of the Reality in evolution, favouring the "most likely possible".
