The interaction of these three fundamental principles leads to Principle of Relation, that is concretized in in the description of the interaction of micro-states, whose organization stems from phenomenal reality. The interaction between Action, Translation and Rotation completely determines (NO!) the dynamics of each point of space-time. To each point can, therefore, be associated a geometrical tensorial structure, we call micro-state, which constitutes the basic unit of the Physical Reality, the existential substrate of Information (fundamental formative principle). Relation between micro-states is the most elementary form of Information.

Principle of Relation. The expression of the relational operator creates the Information, the organization scheme of the elementary events, the relations between the micro-states. At the level of the Field, at each elementary event, at each point of the continuous space-time, can be associated a geometric tensor structure that rep resents the "relation" between the micro-states and their attributes, that fully describe the dynamic and from which can be derived the known fields (gravitational, electromagnetic, and so on). The "relation" between micro-states, the tensor structure associated to each point and t hose of the points of the neighbourhood represents the information at the most elementary level.
