TFNR - The Levels of Reality
Only for description purposes, we can observe Reality from different point of view, different nested levels. Nested levels in the sense of dimensional scale, rising from the elementary level of the fundamental Force and the Elementary Field, the level of Action, through the level of Information, where the evolutive processes organize, transform and select the Structures of Information that we can identify as the structures of dark matter and as the particles of the ordinary and exotic matter, then as atoms, molecules, bodies, stars and galaxies, till the Universe as a whole.
The Levels of Reality are levels of organization, organization of entities, events, relations and the processes that create and make Reality to evolve. Nested levels, the more complex emerging from the previous ones, more elementary in a causal sense, with new properties emerging from the collective behaviour of the entities at the more elementary level, of the events they produce in their interactions, and the relations that connect them in organized networks. Each level is characterized by the manifestation of a quiet homogenous kind of entities, events and relations that organize those entities and events in processes. The transitions between the successive levels of reality are produced by the incessant evolutive pressure exerted by the Fundamental Force and the derived forces acting of the Elementary Field and the derived fields, like phase transitions in the physical and the complex systems. This is the essence of the Process of Formation of Reality.
Though the levels of organization are to be considered as infinite, in describing the Process of Formation of Reality, for simplicity, we can identify a few fundamental Levels of Reality:
- level of the Source of Reality: the uncontactable level of the fundamental entities, the Fundamental Force and the Elementary Field, that represent the sources of the causal and the space-time dimensions of Reality,
- level of Elementary Action and the creative processes: the level at which the Force mediates the transition between Nothingness and the absolute vacuum, the forge that “creates” the Elementary Action, the most elementary level of Existence, the elementary events, from whose organization emerges Information,
- level of Information and the evolutive processes: the level at which the relations between the Elementary Events and their pattern of organization, the elementary form of Information, evolve forming more and more complex macro-events, or Structures of Information, organizing in even more complex Forms,
- level of the Structures of Information: the level of the elementary structures that the evolution of Information forms in the Field. They are space-time domains in which microstates show some kind of organization, represented by a correlation of aspects of the Action, Perturbation and/or Translation and/or Rotation, the events occurring in the Field of Elementary Action. Waves and vortices, and the interactions between them, i.e. the waves and particles that we can find in physics,
- level of the Forms: the level of the states of matter, the level of the Universe, the level of the composite forms created by the evolution of the relations between the elementary Structures of Information. Information that gives form to other Information, in nested nets, that gives form to a rising complexity),
- level of the Universe in evolution: the whole, the entire Universe, all the levels integrated, Reality as a unity.
