TFNR - A recipe for cooking Reality
As anticipated, in this section, I will endeavor to follow a top-down approach, imagining myself as the cook, the creator deity (very immodestly) grappling with the monumental task of generating the intricate tapestry of existence that unfolds before our eyes. I will attempt to identify the ingredients, the preparations, the primary methods, the steps to execute the recipe, and how to plate and serve the masterpiece. A top-down approach to understanding the essence of Reality.
If I were God, or perhaps to temper the idea - If I were a "Source of Reality", tasked with creating a Reality from Nothing, what could I do? What could I employ to construct and give birth to a Reality from scratch?
How would I initiate and orchestrate a Process of Formation of Reality?
From nothing... From Nothing... Form Nothingness.
"Oh God, how could I harness 'nothing'... the Nothing... to create Emptiness, and then craft Something... guiding it to evolve into Everything... to realize the Whole?"
Formation: Creation + Evolution.
Reality, to come into existence (in an almost eternal state devoid of Time), awaits its first expression from a Force - often imagined by humanity as God - a manifestation, an initial Action emanating from a Source, the Primary Source of Reality.
God as a mystical representation of an unknowable, unqualifiable, unconditionable, undescribable Source of Existence and Essence/Form, the Primary Source, the Source of Reality.
God, envisioned as a mystical embodiment of an unknowable, ineffable, unconditionable, indescribable Source of Existence and Essence/Form, the Primary Source - the ultimate Source of Reality.
Without a Source, we cannot cook! And we cannot eat!
Like any esteemed recipe, it demands ingredients (inputs) and methods (a sequence of actions) to craft the desired dishes (outputs). Beyond that, we require "Agency" and its product, "Action", we need an "Agent" (a Force) to execute the proper methods, the sequence of actions upon the inputs, an "Acted" (a Field), producing the outputs. A transformation - a trans-Form-Action - a shift in Form. Together, the Agent and the Acted, Force and Field, constitute a unified whole: a Source.
As with cooking, applying this analogy to Reality, to "Create an Evolving Universe", to produce the outputs, we require specific ingredients and precise methods.
Ingredients
- Nothing, or rather, Nothingness
- a Source (a Source of Existence and Essence / Form, a unified Entity capable of performing the fundamental and elementary Agency required to form Reality), composed of two aspects:
- a Force, the active aspect of the Source, the Agent, the subject that enacts Agency, a causal agent which, through infinitely diverse forms, can operate and shape Reality, acting as a set of Operators of Reality,
- a Field, the passive aspect of the Source, the Acted, upon which Agency is performed, a variational acted that, in infinitely diverse expressions, assumes the countless forms of Reality.
Oh... I've included the cook and the kitchen among the ingredients - strange, perhaps - but here we are contemplating the process of cooking the Universe, of crafting Reality from Nothing, so...
Methods
- We must follow a Process of Formation to transform Nothing into Everything, Nothingness into Wholeness, transitioning through Emptiness and Somethingness:
- to transmute Nothing into the Absolute Vacuum - i.e. to pass from the condition, to move from the state of Nothingness to that of Emptiness- we need a sub-process, the sub-process of Creation: the Source in the act of producing Events, Action,
- to transmute Absolute Vacuum into any single "thing" that exists - i.e. to pass from the condition, to move from the state of Emptiness to that of Somethingness, and ultimately to Wholeness, we require another sub-process, the sub-process of Evolution, the Source in the act of organizing Events, producing Relations, Information (In-Form-Action), Structures, Forms, Systems, the Universe as a whole.
That of the Source of Reality is, of course, an impersonal, unintentional, involuntary expression.
Creation and Evolution as the two complementary sub-processes of the Process of Formation of Reality.
Outputs
- Emptiness (the Absolute Vacuum, absolutely stochastically independent Events)
- Somethingness (the things that exists, organized correlated Events)
- Wholeness (everything, the Universe)
And that is:
- Action (Events)
- Information (Relations)
- Structures of Information (the organization of Event and Relations in medium-complexity Processes)
- Forms (the organization of Event and Relations in highly complex Processes)
- Universe (the complete set of low, medium, and high-complexity organizations of Events and Relations in Processes)

Operators of Reality
Reality Operators are Agents derived from the primary Agent - the Fundamental Force, the active aspect of the Source, responsible for the action of the different parts of the formative sub-processes:
- Force Existence (ES): the Operator that enacts Agency in the Creation of Existence, producing Events through the internal interaction between the two aspects of the Source - the Fundamental Force and the Elementary Field,
- Perturbation (Variation), Translation (Propagation), and Rotation (Conservation): the three Operators governing the Dynamics of Action, within the sub-process of Creation,
- Force Relation (REL): the Operator that enacts Agency in the Evolution of Essence / Form, propelling the establishment of Relations between Events and steering the Evolution of Reality's Essence / Form through interactions and connections among the Events,
- Organization, Transformation, and Selection - : the three operators governing the Dynamics of Information, within the sub-process of Evolution,
- Wave, Vortex, Interaction: the three operators acting at the level of the Structures of Information (e.g., Ordinary Matter Particles and Waves, Dark Matter Halos and Waves),
- Form: the operator that shapes and defines the objects comprising the entire Universe.
States
A few more words about the macro-states, or rather the "macro dynamical conditions" of the Elementary Field that mentioned earlier:
- Nothingness: absence of Existence. Non-Existence or Inexistence (absence of the cook, the kitchen, the ingredients, the preparation methods, and everything else),
- Emptiness: from Non-Existence to Existence, the Absolute Vacuum, the presence of Existence but the absence of Essence / Form. It represents the "without form" (presence of the cook and the kitchen, the will to cook and the basic actions, but the absence of all other elements),
- Somethingness: from the Relative Vacuum to Forms, any single object that constitutes the Universe, transitioning through Waves / Radiation, Vortices / Particles / Halos / Matter and their Interactions (presence of the cook and the kitchen, the will to cook, the basic actions, the preparation of the ingredients, the application of methods, progressively compressed actions, and the presence of intermediate preparations, etc.),
- Wholeness: the Everything, the Universe in Evolution, in its completeness (the fully cooked and served meal, complete with all its elements).
Let's start cooking Reality...
Preparation
- in the quality of the Source of Reality, in the aspect of the Primary Agent - the Fundamental Force - perform the sub-process of Creation: shake the Nothing (producing incessant and continuous spatial variations in resonance around the Planck scale, known as Elementary Event), forever, without any pause. Be cautious - if you stop shaking the Nothing even for an infinitesimally small instant, the Vacuum, you’ve painstakingly built will vanish instantly, and you may need to start over (just like when mayonnaise splits, forcing you to begin from scratch),
- now that you have prepared the Vacuum, the Absolute Vacuum, perfect and uniformly distributed temporal distributions of the infinitesimal spatial fluctuations (make sure you don't stop stirring the mixture), try altering the rhythm of your stirring slightly. Introduce a little "uncertainty" in the speed, trajectories, positions, and the energy you apply. Oh... by the way... you’ve just created the dimensions. Let's call them: Space and Time!
- light the fire and let it cook forever, keeping the gas at the correct temperature (intensity of the Force) and the pot covered with the proper density (the resistance of the Field and its constraints),
- keep stirring slowly, with an uncertain hand, and as you continue the preparation, small vortices and ripples will form—let’s call them Waves, "Structures" in the turbulence. These will begin to aggregate into curious Forms, sometimes shifting, sometimes stabilizing,
- an immediate rapture will seize you, and you will find yourself in the pot, marveling at an infinite, eternal, and wonderful Universe in Evolution,
- plate, garnish with a touch of life forms and sprinkles of cognitive activity. Serve it at the table and savor the result - a steaming, fragrant, and magnificent Universe!
But... the kitchen still needs cleaning! Where has the cook gone?
