TFNR - A recipe for cooking Reality
As anticipated, in this section, I will try to follow a top-down approach, assuming that I am the cook, the creator deity struggling with the arduous task of generating all this mess that lies before our eyes. I will try to identify the ingredients, the preparations, the main methods, the steps to follow to execute the recipe and how to plate and serve the delight. A top-down approach to understanding what Reality is.
If I were God, or rather, let's tone it down.... 'If I were a "Source of Reality", and I had to create a Reality from nothing, what could I do, what could I use to create, to build a Reality from scratch?
How could I start and run a Process of Formation of Reality?
From nothing... From Nothing... Form Nothingness
Oh God, how could I use "nothing"... the Nothing... to create Something... and to make it evolve to Everything... to realize the Whole.
Formation: Creation + Evolution.
Reality, to begin to exist (in an almost eternal state without time) is waiting for a first expression from a force that normally mankind calls God, a manifestation, a first Action from a Source, from the Source of Reality.
God as a mystical representation of an unknowable, unqualifiable, unconditionable, undescribable Source of Existence and Essence/Form, the Primary Source, the Source of Reality.
Without a Source, we can't cook! And we can't eat!
Like any respectable recipe, it takes ingredients (inputs) and methods (sequences of actions) to obtain the dishes we want (outputs). And more, because we need "action", we need an "agent" (a force) that carries out the correct sequence of actions on the inputs to obtain the outputs, the "acted" (a field). A transformation, trans-form-action, a change of form). Together, agent and acted, force and field, represent a unit, a source.
As in cooking, returning to Reality, to "Create an Evolving Universe", to obtain the outputs, we need some ingredients and some methods.
Ingredients
- Nothing or better Nothingness
- a Source (a Source of Existence and Essence / Form, a unitary Entity able to perform the fundamental and elementary Agency to form Reality), with the two aspects:
- a Force, the active aspect of the Source, the Agent, the subject that performs Agency, a causal agent that, in infinite various forms, can operate, can form Reality, a set of Operators of Reality
- a Field, the passive aspect of the Source, the Acted, the object of the performed Agency, a variational acted that, in infinite various forms, takes the infinite forms of Reality
Oh... I put the cook and the kitchen among the ingredients... strange... but here we are talking about cooking the Universe, Reality from Nothing, so...
Methods
- We must follow a Process of Formation to transform Nothing into Everything, Nothingness into Everything, passing through Emptiness and Somethingness
- To transmute Nothing to the Absolute Vacuum, i.e. to pass from a condition, the state of Nothingness to that of Emptiness we need a sub-process, the sub-process of Creation: the Source in the act of producing Events, Action
- To transmute Absolute Vacuum to any single "thing" that exists, i.e. to pass from the condition, the state of Emptiness to that of Somethingness, and then to the Wholeness, we need another sub-process, the sub-process of Evolution, the Source in the act of producing Relations, Information (In-Form-Action), Structures, Forms, Systems, the Universe as a whole
Creation and Evolution as the two complementary sub-processes of the Process of Formation of Reality.

- Structures of Information (organizations of Event and Relations in medium complexity Processes)
- Forms (organizations of Event and Relations in highly complex Processes)
- Universe (the whole set of low, medium and high complexity organizations of Event and Relations in Processes)

Operators of Reality
Reality operators are agents derived from the primary agent, the Fundamental Force, the active aspect of the Source, responsible for the action of parts of the formative sub-processes:
- Force Existence - ES: the Agent that performs Agency in the Creation of Existence, producing Events through the inner interaction between the two aspects of the Source, the Fundamental Force and Elementary Field
- Perturbation (Variation), Translation (Propagation), Rotation (Conservation) - the three operators of the Dynamics of Action, of Creation
- Force Relation - REL: the Agent that performs Agency in the Evolution of Essence / Form, producing Relations between Events, making the form of Reality to evolve through interactions, connections, between Events
- Organization, Transformation, Selection - the three operators of the Dynamics of Information, of Evolution
- Wave, Vortex, Interaction: the three operators acting at the level of the Structures of Information (Ordinary Matter Particles and Waves, Dark Matter Halos and Waves)
- Form: the operator that gives form to the objects that make up the entire Universe
States
A few words about the macro-states of the Elementary Field that I mentioned above:
- Nothingness: absence of Existence. Non-Existence or Inexistence (absence of the cook and the kitchen, of the ingredients, of the preparation methods, etc.)
- Emptiness: Absolute Void (or Absolute Vacuum): presence of Existence, but absence of Essence / Form. The "without form" (presence of the cook and the kitchen, the will to cook and the basic actions, absence of everything else)
- Somethingness: from the Relative Void to the Forms, any single object that make up the Universe, passing through waves/radiation, vortices/particles/matter and their interactions (presence of the cook and the kitchen, the will to cook and the basic actions, preparation of the ingredients, application of the methods, progressively more compressed actions, presence of intermediate preparations, etc.)
- Wholeness: the Everything. The Universe in Evolution, in its completeness (the complete lunch, fully cooked and served)
Let's start cooking Reality...
Preparation
- in quality of the Source of Reality, in the aspect of the Primary Agent, the Fundamental Force, perform the sub-process of Creation: shake the Nothingness (producing the infinite small scale variations that we call Elementary Events) forever, without any stop. Be careful, if you stop shaking the Nothingness even for an infinitely small instant, Emptiness that you so difficultly e faticosamente built, we instantly disappear and you might to be restart from the beginning
- Emptiness, the Absolute Vacuum,
- lascia cuocere per sempre, con il gas acceso alla giusta gradazione (la Forza) e tutto quanto nella pentola debitamente coperta (il Campo)
- un immediato rapimento ti sorprendera' e ti ritroverai nella pentola tu stesso, a gustare un infinito, eterno, meraviglioso Universo in Evoluzione :-)
But... the kitchen still needs to be cleaned!
