In my opinion, the key to the double slit experiment lies in the structure of organization of the Elementary field that forms between the edges of the slits and in the nature and organization of the Structures of Information that form light (photons) in terms of the Elementary Action (Perturbation -> space -time and mass, Translation -> motion, vibration, Rotation -> electric charge and magnetic spin). From here I would start for a research that will lead us to a better understanding of this phenomenon and of the functioning of fundamental aspects of Reality.
