A structure is commonly definite as an arrangement / organization of interrelated parts in a material object or system.

In this System of Knowledge we define a (derived) structure as a collection of bodies and objects, made up of various kinds of substances, made up of molecules, atoms, particles, etc. till the fundamental substance, the Elementary Action.

Some example: the complex structures that interact in a planetary ecosystem or parts of it, the dark structures (cosmic web) that populate and give shape to the cosmos, the giant voids, the complex cosmological structures that we call clusters of galaxies, and super-clusters.
