Cognitive Forms are the products of the cognitive activity (Cognitive Action) of Living Beings and Automata. Examples of Cognitive Forms are perceptions, emotions, thoughts, memories, expressions / communications, languages, etc.

The physical aspects of Cognitive Forms are the bodies of Living Beings and the hardware of Automata.
